mountain biking on Isle of White with a bit of a change caught ferry across to Yarmouth from Lymington
Caught the 10.15 ferry for the 30 mins journey across the solent which was a like glass.
Cycled along bridal paths and tracks on IOW didnt' realise how hilly the place was, some nice climbs followed but some even better down hill bits!
One down hill inparticular was very hairy was a bit rough and came down a bit fast but couldn't relax grip of death on handle bars to apply the brakes!

Overall a very enjoyable day the weather warm and sunny all day(would of rather gone windsurfing with some proper wind though)
